Azahar Tortajada is a flamenco dancer from Barcelona who began dancing at just three years old and trained under masters such as Adelaida Guerrero, Rebeca Monasterio, José Manuel Álvarez and Yolanda Cortés. Her talent has earned her first prizes at competitions such as CreArte (Utrera) and the La Truco international flamenco dance contest (Parla).

At Cardamomo she brings to the stage that blend of discipline, power and freshness that has made her one of the most acclaimed young dancers of her generation.
