Art at Cardamomo never stops. We renew our lineup weekly so you can feel the power and truth of flamenco in a show that is never repeated.
Madrid in December has a special light, but when evening falls and the cold tightens its grip on Calle Echegaray, true warmth takes refuge within the walls of our tablao. This week, at Cardamomo, we are not only celebrating flamenco; we are celebrating connection and the emotion of these meaningful dates with a program that comes straight from the heart.
For these Christmas days, we have brought together a group of artists defined above all by pure commitment. Throughout the entire week, Clara Gutiérrez will be the guiding thread of the dance, bringing the elegance and strength that define her. In the first half of the week, until the 25th, we will be joined by the overwhelming energy of La Flaka and the flair of Josué Reyes. From Friday the 26th onward, the stage transforms to welcome the experience of Mariano Lozano and the freshness of Claudia Utrera, who joins to close the week with a golden flourish.
But flamenco at Cardamomo is a constant dialogue. None of this would make sense without the support of the guitar of Mario Montoya, who seems to understand the dancers without needing to look at them. In the cante, the voices of Cancu, Diego Amador, and Elohim will give more than one person goosebumps with that quejío that fills the room, accompanied by the precise rhythm of Lucky and Topo on percussion.
We know these days are meant to be shared, which is why we maintain our four daily shows (18:00, 19:30, 21:00, and 22:30). We want that, whatever your plan in Madrid may be—whether you’re coming from seeing the lights, a family dinner, or a walk through the city center—you always have a moment to sit with us, order a glass of wine, and let yourself be carried away by what happens on the stage. Because here, every show is a different story that is never repeated in the same way.
We remind you that on December 24 we will hold 3 shows, and the schedule will be brought forward by 1 hour. The available shows will be at 5:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 8:00 PM.
If you want to join us during this special week, we recommend not leaving it until the last minute, as capacity fills up quickly at this time of year.
