Isaac de los Reyes

Madrid-born flamenco dancer from a flamenco family, principal dancer of the Antonio Gades Company and one of the most complete performers of his generation.

Isaac de los Reyes was born into flamenco. Son of the dancers and choreographers Ramón de los Reyes and Clara Ramona, he trained at the Amor de Dios school in Madrid with masters such as el Güito, Manolete and María Magdalena. He debuted as a soloist at 13 and hasn’t stopped since.

He has performed with the companies of Antonio Canales, Joaquín Grilo and Carmen Cortés, and was principal dancer of the Antonio Gades Company between 2010 and 2013, touring the world’s most important stages — from the Vienna Opera to the Sydney Opera House. He shared the stage with Enrique Morente and Leonard Cohen at the historic FIB 2010 concert.

He performs regularly at Cardamomo, one of his reference tablaos in Madrid.
