José Viñas (Cádiz, 1992) combines the power of Gaditanian dance with strict academic training. After studying at the conservatories of Málaga and Seville and the Cristina Heeren Foundation under the tutelage of masters like Rubén Olmo, he has built a solid international career, performing on stages across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.

Backed by significant accolades, his recent Second Prize for Dance at the prestigious 2025 Cante de las Minas International Festival stands out. In addition to his regular appearances at the best flamenco tablaos in Spain, Viñas has been part of top-tier productions such as Jesús Carmona’s “El salto” and currently directs and choreographs his own show, “Vestido de Gala.”
