Nerea Domínguez

Nerea Domínguez was born in Jerez de la Frontera in 2003. She discovered her passion for flamenco at a very young age. She began her training at the age of 6 under the guidance of Chiqui de Jerez and since then she has continued to train with great dancers. At the age of 13 she joined the academy Manuela Carpio, complementing her training with teachers such as Miguel Ángel Heredia, Gema Moneo and Saray García at the academy.

Nerea Domínguez, flamenco inspiration

  • In 2011 she was part of the show “pequeños talentos”, a production directed by the dancer Chiqui de Jerez, which was presented at the Teatro Moderno in Chiclana.
  • Since 2016 she has been dancing in numerous tablaos and theatres where she has been able to demonstrate all her art and her Jerez style.
  • In 2019 she was the youngest dancer at the Festival de Jerez in the cycle “De Peña en Peña” at the Peña La Zua.
  • In 2021 she travelled to France for the “Rosa Vetrov” festival, touring Jozac, St. Germain de Lusignan, Pons and Jarnac-Chamoagne. That same year she was part of the company “Jerez Bailaora” which premiered at the “54th Fiesta de la Bulería” under the artistic direction of María José Franco.
  • In 2022 she travelled to Madrid to continue her training under the guidance of great dancers such as Belén López, David Paniagua “El Pani”, Pedro Córdoba…
  • In 2023 she participates in the premiere of Yerai Cortés ‘ show “Guitarra Coral” presented at the “Miradas Flamenkas” Festival in Madrid.

Nerea currently dances in the prestigious tablaos of Madrid, demonstrating all her art and Jerez style.
