Flamenco Tablao in Madrid
Cardamomo, the Flamenco Powerhouse in the Capital of Spain
A meeting point for the best flamenco artists and scholars, the Cardamomo tablao has become a symbol of the love of this art and recognised by flamenco greats such as Joaquín Cortés, Enrique Morente, Estrella Morente, Jorge Pardo, Antonio Carmona, Ramón El Portugués, Tomatito and Raimundo Amador among others.
Ever since it was founded in 1994, at this tablao in Madrid it has been usual to find promising young talent who thought of Cardamomo as their “rehearsal room” for their new musical curiosities, and later they come back as acclaimed professionals.
As a result of these years of intense artistic activity committed to offering the public this art in the purest, most authentic form, the Cardamomo flamenco tablao programmes live performances every day with a different flamenco group each month.
The universal relevance of flamenco was recognised by UNESCO in 2010, inscribing it onto the “Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity“.
In this regard, and forever, flamenco is expressed in blood and flesh, passion, full of life and emotion at the Madrileño tablao Cardamomo; it’s language of the heart in true flesh that raises its voice and wakes up the flesh and soul of the world.

At the Cardamomo tablao dancing and singing are entwined with passion, emerging from the deepest core of flamenco.
Moreover, this passion is accompanied with other examples of flamenco art, such as the guitar, heel tapping, castanets and sometimes even violins.
Thus the emotional expression of our artists becomes an intensely personal and unforgettable experience for the audience.
Alone in front of the stage, the audience faces the true art of flamenco in a show that they will remember forever.
Over the time we have been running, the trust that our customers and artists place in Cardamomo is just one of the essential ingredients needed to continue advancing and providing a flamenco offer that is different from all the other tablaos in Madrid.
Cardamomo always seeks the highest quality in terms of artists, staging, gastronomical offerings, sound, atmosphere and customer service, paying close attention to the smallest of details.
A flamenco tablao in continuous movement, always searching for new artists to join our agenda and to therefore continuously keep our flamenco offerings fresh.
We also like to work as a place for meeting and exchanging views and curiosities among the different artists that pass through our house each year.
