Beyond the art of Flamenco, the experience of visiting Cardamomo is accompanied by the possibility of discovering our flamenco restaurant in Madrid, with various gastronomic options adapted to the needs of each customer. With the best raw produce, each day we create market cuisine, paying attention to the smallest of details when bringing together each dish and menu.
From our flamenco bar located in the centre of Madrid, we painstakingly choose the produce that makes up our menu, whilst always being guided by the best seasonal offerings.
We seek to offer the best flamenco experience by means of gastronomy. For this reason, through the menus with flamenco shows, we provide dinners with a series of set menus, tapas and dishes with different themes with the same aim: to make the show a complete experience to remember forever that leaves a good taste in your mouth.
Among the tapas, we propose a gastronomical journey around Spain, mouthful by mouthful, trying the best from each place and always with the essence of flamenco that characterises Cardamomo.
Thus, the menu at our flamenco restaurant in Madrid allows you to choose between the Soleá or Seguiriya tapas, where the gazpacho and toasted bread with various cheeses are never missing, being our audiences’ true favourites.
The set menus have been created and continuously adjusted after years of experience and evaluating the favourite dishes at Cardamomo.
With the same philosophy as the tapas, our intention is to portray the essence of flamenco in each dish.
That is why at our dinners with a flamenco show in Madrid we offer 6 different set menus that once again explore the length and breadth of Spain with the most emblematic dishes from each nook and cranny.
With starters, first courses, second courses and desserts, our set menus will make a mark on everybody.
The menus are easily distinguished, with the names: Triana, Carmen, Lola, España and Cardamomo, and either through identification or through taste, it is difficult not to find one that suits.
Furthermore, we also have a vegetarian menu and a Tapas Jaleo children’s menu.
In any case, any preferences can be made when booking, so that we take these into account and adapt the menu to your dietary needs. This way, your dinner with flamenco will be a true pleasure for all the senses.
Likewise, in order to round off the experience of visiting Cardamomo, we have chosen a selection of fine wines which perfectly accompany each dish available on the menu at our flamenco bar.
Ribera del Duero and Rioja reds that are perfect for meat and cheese dishes, fruity white Chardonnays and even Verdejos and Champagne from the top brands. Of course, the sweet sherry from Jerez could not be missing; this is essential in the south of Spain and perfectly balances with the flamenco atmosphere.
