For a tablao to be truly great, it must have the respect of its own. And the stage at Cardamomo<\/strong> is considered sacred ground by the most important figures in flamenco. On our boards, they have not only performed as artists but have also returned as an audience, to feel and reconnect. Names that are living history of flamenco, such as Farruquito<\/strong>, the legendary Ketama<\/strong> family, the unclassifiable artistry of Tomasito<\/strong>, or the revolutionary Joaqu\u00edn Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>, have shared the intimacy of our space.<\/p>\n More recently, the new wave of geniuses such as Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Llergo<\/strong>, who takes flamenco to new frontiers, has found a home here. They come because they know that here, the roots are respected and the duende<\/em> is celebrated without artifices.<\/p>\n But what makes Cardamomo<\/strong> a unique cultural meeting point is how its influence transcends genres and borders. Flamenco, in its purest form, is a universal force that inspires musicians of all styles. And when they want to drink from that source, they come to us.<\/p>\n In our seats, almost incognito, icons of world music have passed through in search of that truth. Only during this last year (2025)<\/strong> we had the honor of welcoming the sensitivity of C. Tangana<\/strong>, who understands and loves flamenco\u2019s roots. We have been the Madrid refuge for rock legends such as Fito P\u00e1ez<\/strong> or members of Man\u00e1<\/strong>. The immense talent of Pablo Lescano<\/strong>, leader of Damas Gratis<\/strong>, has vibrated with our palmas, Michel Franco<\/strong> and his father, and global idol Peso Pluma<\/strong> have witnessed the power of a zapateado up close. Even the iconic Luc\u00eda Gal\u00e1n<\/strong> of Pimpinela<\/strong> has come to be moved by the passion of our singing.<\/p>\n They don\u2019t come for a simple show. They come for an encounter. They come in search of what cannot be recorded in a studio or manufactured with technology: the shiver that runs through the room in silence, the held breath before a zapateado, the truth that breaks in the throat.<\/p>\n For one night, the global star and the anonymous fan are the same. The \u201col\u00e9\u201d that escapes is identical because it comes from the same place: pure emotion.
